Pastel pencils on amate woven
40 × 60 cm
On the grid points of woven amata paper, Ali Eyal has intricately drawn a roadway filled with cars. Their headlights, glowing like strands of golden hair, seamlessly blend into the flowing locks of a figure whose profile emerges in the bottom left corner of the paper. The cars, merging with the figure’s hair, create a surreal connection between the urban landscape and human form.
