The group exhibition featured twelve international artists around the topic of exile as a political and existential reality. Presenting both personal and collective stories, the exhibition adds new perspectives to subjects like exile, demarcation, citizenship, cross-border movements, secret journeys and identity.

The exhibiting artists were: Kader Attia (b. 1970, France), Tiffany Chung (b. 1969, Vietnam), Forensic Oceanography(Lorenzo Pezzani (b. 1982, Italy) & Charles Heller (b. 1981, US)), Shilpa Gupta (b. 1976, India), Ramin Haerizadeh (b. 1975, Iran), Rokni Haerizadeh (b. 1978, Iran), Hesam Rahmanian (b. 1980, US), Petrit Halilaj (b. 1986, Kosovo), Hiwa K (b. 1975, Iraq), Nalini Malani (b. 1946. Born in Karachi, undivided India), Otobong Nkanga (b. 1974, Nigeria), Erkan Özgen (b. 1971, Turkey), Lydia Ourahmane (b. 1992, Algeria), Kara Walker (b. 1969, US), Ai Weiwei (f. 1957, Kina.
